Despite his difficult beginning, with a whole lot of careful nursing, care, and excellent veternarian intervention, Spirit has totally changed into a happy and healthy adult horse.

Spirit was an extreme case of abuse. A bad breeder who gave no care and when he became ill, offered no help. When he arrived at our farm he weighed 70 pounds and was 3 months old. He had a Bacterial infection, pnemonia and was malnourished.

Spirit is now 9 years old. We do everything that we can to keep him comfortable as he travels the road into his old age.
